EXPRESS ~ CREATE ~ TRANSFORM

Expressive arts therapy is the practice of using

Together. In an integrated way.

To foster human growth, development, and healing.

It is about reclaiming our innate capacity as human beings for creative expression of our individual and collective human experience in artistic form.

WHY ... EXPRESSIVE ARTS THERAPY?

You want to know yourself better, to have a more fulfilling life.

You are looking for a holistic approach and a new perspective that will allow you to bloom into a happier person.

You need that space and time to unload and let yourself express completely.

Even if you see yourself as a "non artistic" or "non creative" person, expressive arts therapy can be for you.

In a session the emphasis is never on the end result but rather on the process.

I have yet to meet a person with no creativity. Whether you like creating through cooking, gardening, photography, dreaming, music playing, scrapbooking, journaling, knitting, singing, organizing, etc. ... you probably have one if not many ways you express yourself naturally and creatively.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • Private sessions are 75 minutes.

  • The initial session is 30 minutes and it is my gift to you.

  • After that initial session, the fee is $90 per session.

  • Sessions are traditionally done in studio.

  • With the COVID safety protocols, we now get creative in other ways with the help of local park settings and/or video conferencing.

SERVICES

ART AS A HEALING TOOL

You will also take with you tools and skills that you can readily apply to help you in between sessions and after our work together.

GROUP SESSIONS

  • The length and fee for group sessions are dependent on the group's therapy goal and size.

  • Sessions are specifically designed for each group. Fully customized.

  • Enriching and fun. Sharing is a part of the healing process.

  • Expressive Arts have been successfully used by groups and institutions to help with stress relief, trauma work, self care, and much more.

  • Even with COVID, group sessions are possible.
